International Project Manager

岗位使命：统筹海外项目的全生命周期交付，内部协调采购、技术、供应链等职能部门，外部对接客户，并针对资源的协调进行问题解决，确保项目按时、按质、按预算顺利完成。 Job Mission: Coordinate the full life cycle delivery of overseas projects, internally coordinate functional departments such as procurement, technology, and supply chain, externally connect with customers, and solve problems regarding resource coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, with quality, and within budget. 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 统筹海外项目全生命周期的交付工作，内部协调采购、技术、供应链等职能部门，外部沟通客户，并针对资源的协调进行问题解决，确保项目按时、按质、按预算顺利完成。 Coordinate the full life cycle delivery of overseas projects, internally coordinate functional departments such as procurement, technology, and supply chain, externally communicate with customers, and solve problems regarding resource coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, with quality, and within budget.

制定项目实施计划、里程碑及风险预案，定期输出周报和月报，及时同步进度、成本、问题及整改措施。

Develop project implementation plans, milestones, and risk contingency plans, regularly output weekly and monthly reports, and timely synchronize progress, costs, issues, and rectification measures.

识别海外属地在政策、文化、物流和用工等方面的潜在风险，提前制定应对方案，妥善处理突发异常情况。

Identify potential risks in overseas locations regarding policies, culture, logistics, and labor, formulate response plans in advance, and properly handle unexpected situations.

管理海外现场团队及合作单位，规范施工和安全标准，合理安排工作并完成绩效考核。

Manage overseas on-site teams and cooperative units, norm construction and safety standards, reasonably arrange work and complete performance evaluations.

维护海外客户关系，及时响应客户需求，达成客户目标，挖掘长期合作及二次业务机会。

Maintain overseas customer relationships, timely respond to customer needs, achieve customer goals, and explore long-term cooperation and secondary business opportunities.

完成项目资料的归档、结算整理及复盘总结，沉淀标准化流程与经验。

Complete the archiving of project materials, settlement arrangement, and review summary, and precipitate standardized processes and experiences. 任职要求 Job Requirements

学历要求：本科及以上，工程管理、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业优先。

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering Management, Mechatronics, automation, or other related majors.

工作经验：具备两年以上项目管理经验，有海外工程或设备类项目经验者优先。

Work Experience: With more than two years of project management experience, preferably with experience in overseas engineering or equipment projects.

语言能力：英语流利，韩语或日语亦可作为工作语言。

Language Ability: Fluent in English, and Korean or Japanese can also be used as working languages.

出差要求：能够接受长时间的海外出差。

Business Trip Requirement: Able to accept long-term overseas business trips. 必备技能：熟练掌握CAD及Office等办公软件的应用。 Required Skills: Proficient in the application of office software such as CAD and Office.

职业素养：具备良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强，具有风险意识。

Professional Quality: Possess good communication and coordination skills, strong pressure resistance, and risk awareness. 加分项 Bonus Points

持有PMP等项目管理相关认证。

Hold PMP or other relevant project management certifications.

具备同行业（物流自动化）工作经验。
