Client Services Associate

Our client, a respected wealth management firm in Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a Registered Client Services Associate to support daily operations and client service activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses who’s looking to grow within a professional and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as point-of-contact with visiting clients, answering client calls, and being responsible for first impressions. Support a financial advisor team (2 advisors). Maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH’s, etc.) Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members. Qualifications Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 1 year of new hire date; training and support provided) Prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment preferred (ideally 3-5+ years) Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Compensation Registered candidates' salary range is $67,000 - $87,000 Unregistered candidates' salary range is $54,000 - $76,000 Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
