Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient care in a busy CVOR setting, ensuring high-quality clinical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients using GE Carescape Monitoring systems.
• Assist with procedures including large-bore IV starts and central line placements.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including induction/intubation assistance and skin preparation.
• Document patient information accurately using Cerner systems.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience with critical care and pre-operative nursing.
• Proficient in GE Carescape Monitoring and Cerner documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and exercise critical thinking skills.
