Sales Trainer

You will work directly with new hires and existing team members to develop sales skills, reinforce proven selling systems, and foster a culture of continuous growth and accountability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Lead and facilitate our immersive 3-week New Hire Sales Training program
Coach and develop new and existing sales team members through roleplays, in-field observations, and one-on-one feedback sessions
Become a subject matter expert in our products, systems, customer experience standards, and proven sales methodology
Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with sales leadership to identify development opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field
Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism
Measure training effectiveness through reporting, performance metrics, and feedback analysis
Help innovate and evolve training programs to support company growth and scalability
Manage classroom logistics including schedules, materials, rosters, communication, and training coordination
Inspire others to embrace learning, coaching, and personal development
