One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled** Industrial Millwright** to join their maintenance team in Akron, OH.**Pay Rate: **$28/hr - $32/hr**Shift: **12 hour rotational shiftResponsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, and power transmission systemsAlign, level, and install machinery using precision measuring instruments and alignment toolsRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specificationsPerform equipment inspections and recommend improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtimeSupport machinery installations, plant expansions, and capital improvement projectsReplace and rebuild mechanical components including shafts, couplings, belts, chains, bearings, and sealsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required3+ years of Industrial Millwright or mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipmentWelding, fabrication, machining, and rigging experienceBasic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
