Job Overview Account Coordinator (equivalent to Assistant Account Executive) – Full‑time hybrid role located in our San Francisco office. About the Role You will support client service teams in a fast‑paced tech communications environment, executing campaign tasks, producing content, and providing research and media outreach support. You will learn the full communications trade, from story spotting to content production and reporting, while also taking responsibility for key campaign activities. Daily Responsibilities Research and implement forward‑thinking strategies, staying informed on AI, tech trends, and media developments. Effectively manage competing priorities and execute tasks with precision and efficiency. Maintain databases for media, events, awards, and editorials. Conduct research projects for team members and communicate findings. Produce client documents for media and analyst tours, as well as other events such as speaking opportunities. Participate in media campaigns and product launches, including press outreach. Provide general support for agency projects, such as social media posts and new business research. Bring proactive ideas and opportunities to advance client objectives. Read industry publications to gain market insights and report findings to the team. Qualifications At least one prior internship experience. Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, and media tools. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends. Proactive problem‑solving and creative mindset. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. A passion for continuous learning and professional development. Capable of managing competing priorities and executing tasks effectively. Compensation Salary Range: $50,000 – $XX,XXX (actual offer depends on experience, qualifications, and market data). The total package includes bonus opportunities, benefits, and a 401K match.
