Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay: $40+/hour DOE What You Will Do: • Manage and oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities to support organizational goals.
- Maintain and improve internal accounting controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy.
- Analyze financial data and provide timely reporting and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, consultants, and external service providers regarding accounting and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to support strategic and business decision-making.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic business environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial accounting principles
- Thorough understanding of internal accounting controls and accounting procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Experience preparing monthly financial statements and ensuring U.S. GAAP financial reporting compliance
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning skills
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, financial partners, and stakeholders
