Create tailored treatment plans that focus on immediate goals as well as long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication skills, language acquisition, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to develop integrated care plans.

Provide educational resources for patients and their families to help sustain progress beyond therapy sessions.

Occasionally conduct inpatient evaluations and sessions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation that adheres to state and federal regulations as well as organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing education and peer collaboration to stay at the forefront of the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
