Machine Operator - York, PA

Pay: $20 - $24/hr

Shift: 2nd shift 2p-10p (MUST be able to train 6a-2p for 4-6 weeks)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, working with state-of-the-art machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will receive extensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products that meet customer expectations and production goals.
• Load raw material, correctly feed wire through the machine, and remove finished products.
• Change machinery over from one product or package to another, performing quality welds using appropriate butt welders.
• Conduct operator preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment as assigned.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Understand and adhere to product quality, delivery, and scrap measurements.
• Operate machinery efficiently and safely, following all safety procedures and policies, and wearing all assigned PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized for the next operator.
• Participate in training, employee meetings, committees, and project teams as appropriate.
• Operate a forklift as part of daily tasks, maintaining a valid license and passing OSHA-approved training.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities.
• Troubleshoot problems using standard problem-solving methods to direct support personnel in resolving issue

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
