We will not penalize non‑traditional paths Experience 4+ years of experience producing a daily live radio show, broadcast news program, or equivalent. Public radio experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring junior production staff Genuine love of culture—and the ability to turn that enthusiasm into compelling radio Strong editorial judgment across both fast‑turnaround news and longer‑form interview formats About the Company WAMC is an equal‑opportunity employer.
