CNC Swiss Machinist | Direct HireTotal Compensation Potential $40+/Hr.Pay Range: $28/hour to $40/hour (Based on Experience / Shift / OTs).Shift: First - Second and Weekend.Location: Coon Rapids, MN.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce medical components to precise specifications.Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to maintain quality and accuracy.Install tooling, set tool offsets, and make machine adjustments during setup.Perform routine tool changes and monitor tool wear.Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.Troubleshoot minor machining issues and make process adjustments as needed.Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with medical manufacturing requirements.Collaborate with machining, quality, finishing, setup, and engineering teams to support production goals.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience in a production environment.Experience with Swiss machines such as Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar equipment.At least 6 months of machine setup experience, including tooling changes and offset adjustments.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong understanding of precision machining and tight-tolerance manufacturing.Commitment to producing high-quality components in a regulated manufacturing environment.Earn $40+/Hour in Total Compensation:Daily overtime after 8 hours workedShift differentials:20% Second Shift25% Weekend Shift30% Weekend Night ShiftBuild Your Career With a Company on the Rise:If you're an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist looking for a direct-hire role with exceptional earning potential, long-term stability, and advancement opportunities, this is your chance to join a growing organization positioned for significant expansion in the years ahead.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr. 401k, health vision and dentalWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Coon Rapids, MN.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Aug 21, 2026.
