Our non profit client in Burlington NJ is seeking a Contract Recruiter!
Six month assignment, in office, pay rate $25-$27 an hour.

JOB PREVIEW:
The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. This role partners closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while continuously improving recruiting strategies and candidate experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-SHRM-CP Certification preferred
-Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
-Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines.
-Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
-Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus.

NECCESARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Employee must cooperate with the licensee and Department of Human Services staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation.
-Employee must submit to a criminal background check and be determined to not be disqualified by the Department of Human Services (DHS) prior to working with individuals served.
-Employee shall agree to have their name checked against the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
-Employees hired after 6/15/18 shall submit to drug testing prior to employment.
-Employee shall submit to drug testing conducted randomly and for cause.
-Employee shall complete an application to have their name checked against the Child Abuse Registry (CARI).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across departments.
-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
-Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and selection decisions.
-Create and Post Job Requisitions on multiple job boards
-Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
-Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
-Assist applicants with questions regarding applications
-Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
-Sit-in on Internal in-person interviews as a neutral 3rd party
-Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
-Prepare and extend Job offers
-Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
-Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to reduce time to fill metrics.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
-Assist Human Resources Coordinator when needed.
-Assist with filing as needed
-Assist with Front Desk Coverage as needed
-Assist with creating Personnel files for new hires as needed
-Assist with HR Audits
-Create and send out promotion Letters
-Track recruitment Metrics to improve processes (Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Turnover)
-Conduct market research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
-Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
-Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when needed.
-Perform additional HR Related duties or special projects as assigned.
