Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care activities within assigned units.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement care plans and ensure discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation.
• Comply with CMS regulations and facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years acute care experience.
• BLS certification and experience with ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs.
• EPIC systems experience is required.
• Proven experience in case management and utilization review.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including CMS and HIPAA guidelines.
• Must pass an EKG competency exam as per Cone Health requirements.
