As an RF Test Technician, you'll play a key role in testing, troubleshooting, calibrating, repairing, and adjusting sophisticated RF instruments, sub-assemblies, RF assemblies, and complete hardware systems. You'll work hands-on with advanced RF test equipment, electronic hardware, precision measurement tools, and technical documentation while supporting products operating from DC through 40 GHz. What You'll Do:

• Perform RF testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments, RF assemblies, sub-assemblies, and complete hardware systems across frequencies from DC to 40 GHz
• Operate sophisticated RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers, current probes, voltmeters, and RF power measurement equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, engineering instructions, and manufacturing documentation while applying fundamental DC and RF principles.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot equipment and assemblies, perform component-level repairs and adjustments, and maintain accurate test, calibration, and system records.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in a small, high-output environment , with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and grow into a future leadership or supervisory role.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of formal electronic and mechanical assembly experience
• Strong hands-on experience with RF testing, electronic testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and assembly , including experience with RF test and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams , troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and work with hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Strong understanding of DC and RF concepts , including voltage, current, power, frequency, insertion loss, return loss, linearity, phase noise, noise figure, and spectral analysis. xhyhwjd
