Hospital Medicine Physician – Mason City, Iowa

The OpportunityWe're seeking both full-time and part-time Hospitalists
Majority of shifts are daytime, with shared night rotation.
Opportunity to proctor residents during night shifts.
Supportive environment that values teamwork and education.
Collaborative group of 8 experienced hospitalists
Work closely with highly trained specialists across all disciplines
Closed ICU — no procedures required
Teaching hospital environment with academic involvement
In-house team to assist with licensing and credentialing
Flexible 12-hour shifts to fit your lifestyle
Day shifts : Round with two other hospitalists and complete admissions
Night shifts : Manage admissions, cross-coverage, Codes/RRTs, and support residents
MD/DO – Internal Medicine trained
All experience levels welcome: new grads, residents, and fellows encouraged to apply
