HR Assistant and Bookkeeper

Fields Senior Living, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full time bookkeeper. We are looking for an individual who is well organized, can multi-task; is good with numbers; has good communication and customer service skills; is punctual, reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. Skills & Education Requirements: Excellent organizational and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in QuickBooks & Excel is preferred Typing at 40 words per minute Payroll experience a plus Ability to Multi-task and work with multiple company file/databases for entry Responsibilities: Review coding and approvals on all documents Enter invoices, credit card receipts and receive payments into QuickBooks. Answer Phones Maintain an organized filing system Attach digital copies into QuickBooks as needed Review vendor statements and report any issues Write checks in QuickBooks Preparing and mailing of AP Checks Handle confidential information Maintain employee information files Support with employee relation documentation Complete verification of employment and other wage earnings requests Enter & maintain resident master billing data in QuickBooks Print and distribute monthly resident's billing to community View deposits online, a balance and record residents' payments in QB Various other duties as assigned Office Hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM M-F Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical Setting: Office Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Microsoft Excel: 2 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Fields Senior Living
