Staff VP of Performance

Responsibilities Responsible for leading enterprise performance management, strategic alignment, and business visibility capabilities across Carelon Partners with executive leadership, business units, product teams, and shared services to translate strategy into measurable outcomes Ensures consistent measurement, accountability, and visibility across strategic priorities Leads the enterprise OKR framework and performance management processes Serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing performance insights Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience Proven ability to lead enterprise performance management across business units Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and governing an enterprise OKR program Extensive experience owning executive reporting and performance dashboards Track record serving as a strategic advisor to executives Hard Skills Performance Management OKR Framework Data Analysis Strategic Planning Business Metrics Soft Skills Leadership Collaboration Communication Strategic Thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
