Join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care practice in New York’s Southern Adirondack region. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, strong clinical support, and telephone-only call averaging three weeks per year.\n

\n- Established primary care setting with nursing and administrative support.\n
\n- Access to specialists and hospitalist colleagues within a comprehensive medical group.\n
\n- On-site imaging, laboratory, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services.\n
\n- Epic EMR.\n
\n- Full-time, flexible schedule.\n
\n- Telephone-only call averaging three weeks annually.\n

Comp & Benefits \n
\n- Base salary of $270,000–$300,000, based on experience.\n
