As Regional FBO Director, you will direct all operational aspects of multiple FBO sites—leading customer service, line service, ground support, and more—while shaping our company’s future culture as a visible, hands-on leader. In this hybrid, high-travel role, you’ll champion Jet Aviation’s values internally and within the industry. This is a full time, travel-heavy position based out of a Jet Aviation US location. Expect significant travel to your assigned locations. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. Compensation for Dallas-based candidates: $131,000–$188,000. Actual pay will be aligned to your geographic location and experience level applicable to the role.
