Join a team that's redefining what's possible through innovation, strategy, and relationships that move industries forward.Job DescriptionWork from blueprints, route sheets, and written instructions to produce high-quality components, demonstrating strong attention to detail in every step of the process.Set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 150 tons to 1,200 tons, ensuring safe and precise operation.Perform rubber-to-metal stamping (experience preferred but not required; training provided) to the right candidate.Work with various materials, including Inconel (Inco), AM350, and titanium strip stock with thicknesses ranging from .001" to.008", maintaining accuracy and consistency.Perform set-ups (or request assistance for complex set-ups) and conduct in-process inspections per ES Specifications to ensure all parts meet dimensional and quality requirements. Hourly Rate Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential for 2nd shift.
