This includes providing assistance to each resident in reaching their daily goals, conducting skill-building groups, providing individual support, setting limits for behavior, creating documentation of the resident's progress, and identifying and communicating the individual needs of the client to the clinical team.Essential Duties:Participates in recreational and activity groupsMentors and assist residents with meeting treatment goalsConsistently review the physical environment to ensure safetyMonitors and records residents' actions and behaviorFacilitate residential daily schedule, including participating in and providing support to residents, including but not limited to activities such as chores, deep cleaning of designated space, meal service, laundry service, groups, activities, and events.Provide transportation to residents for community outings and meetings in company vehicles in a safe and legal manner.Enforces house rules pursuant to the policyEnsure 100% supervision of residentsPractice compliance with all policies, record-keeping requirements, checklist assignments, assigned documentation, and any other assigned duties.Reports signs of increased aggression, suicidal behavior, the danger of elopement, etc., and takes necessary safety precautions.Maintain compliance with all required training and certifications.Other Skills and CompetenciesProblem-Solving SkillsThe ability to work as a teamClear communication skillsAbility to learn and practice de-escalation techniquesLocation:Erda, UT#BHT
