Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students across a vibrant educational community near Saint Charles, MO! Experienced and emerging Speech-Language Pathologists (CF or CCC) are needed for the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll play an essential role fostering growth and communication skills for students in Hazelwood, Jennings, and Ferguson Florissant, serving a broad range of ages and communication needs.

This position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and involves working at several sites within a close geographic area—minimizing your travel and maximizing your impact. Your expertise will enhance students’ school experiences and contribute to their development throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (CFs welcomed)
• Completion of, or eligibility for, all required credentialing: fingerprints and drug screen
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong organizational talents for managing a diverse caseload across multiple schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students from various age groups, with an emphasis on elementary populations in certain locations
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive intervention plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Communicate with staff, families, and community members to support student success
