Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
• Open to candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as seasoned SLPs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Ability to work in-person, providing direct therapy and support
• Experience with or a willingness to serve K-12 caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services in-person, supporting student growth in academic and social contexts
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
