Scrum Master

In the U.S., we partner with leading aviation and defense players to deliver high-impact, safety-critical systems. We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile engineering teams delivering next-generation systems for a major governement organisation modernization initiative. You will act as servant leader, Agile coach, and delivery facilitator within a large-scale Agile Release Train organization operating in a complex technical environment. What you’ll do As a Scrum Master, you will support Agile engineering teams developing advanced systems in a complex, multi-team delivery environment. You will: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum events Support engineering teams in becoming high-performing Agile teams Remove blockers and manage dependencies Track Agile metrics and delivery performance Support backlog refinement and sprint planning Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, Integration, and Release Train Engineers Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team Methodologies: Scrum, View email address on click.appcast.io, SAFe Tools: JIRA, Confluence, DOORS Teams: Software, QA, Integration, V&V Systems: Distributed and mission-critical environments Delivery cadence: 3-week sprints / Product Increments What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in software engineering environments Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience supporting technical or engineering delivery teams Strong facilitation and communication skills Experience managing dependencies and delivery risks #J-18808-Ljbffr
