We're seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy leading projects, and have strong residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll lead installations from start to finish, ensure work is completed safely and correctly, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

What You'll Do

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Review project requirements and ensure materials and equipment are ready before work begins.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Coach and support team members on the job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local codes.
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience installing ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Ability to read blueprints, installation instructions, and job specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience or the ability to lead and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job.

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
