We are seeking a motivated and personable Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing and business development team. This is an entry-level position with paid training and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Our team specializes in event marketing, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retail marketing . The Event Marketing Assistant will gain hands-on experience representing client brands at local events and retail locations while developing skills in marketing, sales, customer service, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent client brands at local events and retail locations
• Interact directly with customers and provide professional customer service
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Help build brand awareness through events and experiential marketing
• Assist with campaign planning, execution, and daily operations
• Work with the marketing team and Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals
• Develop strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Training and Career Growth

This is an entry-level position with fully paid training . Training includes:

• Marketing and promotional strategies
• Brand education and customer engagement
• Sales and customer acquisition
• Event marketing and campaign execution
• Visual merchandising

Candidates who successfully develop their skills and demonstrate strong performance may have the opportunity to advance into Team Lead and management positions .

• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends for special events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Interest in marketing, sales, retail, events, or business development

No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.
