Senior Analyst, Plan Sponsor Liaison

Position Summary The Plan Sponsor Liaison (PSL) is an in‑office single point of contact for Aetna One Advocate customers. The PSL works closely with the Account Team and Aetna One Advocate team to ensure accurate program administration, monitor performance metrics, provide customer‑specific training, and act as the subject matter expert for all plan‑sponsor activities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary link between the customer and the Aetna Services Organization. Collaborate with Senior Directors, Managers, and Member Advocate teams to review performance and implement improvement plans. Monitor overall account performance, including Key Performance Measures and Performance Guarantees, and conduct root‑cause and trend analysis to identify continuous service improvement opportunities. Provide customer‑specific training and subject‑matter expertise for all aspects of the plan. Ensure that the Aetna One Advocate program is administered accurately and in alignment with the plan sponsor’s benefit outlook. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 days per week commute to 200 West Street, New York, NY 10282.

1. 2 years of experience working alongside the account team and leadership.
2. 3 years of experience handling escalations and communicating resolutions and action plans.

2–5 years of claim and benefit knowledge and client relationship management experience. Preferred Qualifications Client‑facing experience. College degree or equivalent experience.
