Dermatologist opening in SE North Dakota - $50K sign-on and $90K retention

Job Summary

Seeking BE/BC Dermatologist to join a talented team and help develop a new service line at a multi-specialty clinic within an independent Critical Access Hospital located in southeast North Dakota. No current Dermatology Physician in the community or surrounding area. Serving a catchment area of 30,000+. This is an opportunity to learn more about the community and its unmet dermatology needs. Schedule: Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation at or above Midwest MGMA
• $50,000 signing bonus paid upon execution of contract
• $30,000 retention bonus at the conclusion of each 12‑month period ($90,000 total)
• $10,000 relocation allowance
• 35 days of paid, allowed time off (ATO) including holidays
