Account Executive

Location: Dalton, GA Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: On-Site Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage, grow, and develop business relationships with corporate and brand clients. The Account Executive will serve as a primary point of contact, understand client needs, recommend solutions, manage projects, and identify opportunities for account growth. This position will work closely with internal teams including production, design, operations, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and according to client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and sales documentation. Manage multiple client projects, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with production, design, logistics, and operations teams. Monitor project progress and ensure accurate, timely delivery. Resolve client issues and proactively communicate project updates. Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional services. Track account activity, sales performance, and opportunities using CRM systems. Support sales forecasting, planning, and reporting. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits. Maintain accurate client and project records. Required Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or business development. Strong client relationship management and account development skills. Proven ability to prospect, present solutions, negotiate, and close business. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software, including spreadsheets, presentations, and email. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site in Dalton, GA. Preferred Qualifications Experience in printing, packaging, product sampling, retail displays, fulfillment, commercial print, or related industries. Experience working with corporate or brand clients. Experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
