Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the telecommunications services industry. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and close partnership with hiring managers. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will help identify, attract, and engage qualified talent for local and regional openings while supporting a positive and professional candidate experience. This opportunity offers a collaborative HR environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and the chance to contribute to recruiting process improvements. The right candidate will enjoy working in a people-focused culture where communication, follow-through, fairness, and service excellence are valued. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection support, and candidate follow-up.- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings using proactive sourcing methods.
- Coordinate applicant flow, interview scheduling, onsite interview support, and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR partners, including people business partners, compensation, and onboarding teams, to support a smooth recruiting process.
- Ensure recruiting practices are fair, unbiased, compliant, and aligned with organizational values. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $24 per hour.
