Cardiac Catheterization Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in a variety of cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of cardiac catheterization procedures, including but not limited to: Left Heart Catheterization, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Catheterization, Pacemaker insertions, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart interventions, and ECMO management.
• Assist in high-stress and high-risk procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to provide exceptional patient care pre-operatively and post-operatively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Experience with Structural Heart procedures and ECMO is required.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT or RCIS certification is required.
• Education: Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology).
• Must have prior Cath Lab experience.
