In this role you will design refiner segments and develop production processes, interfacing with Sales and foundry personnel to create cost‑effective products that meet customer performance needs. Responsibilities Design refiner segments and develop production processes. Collaborate with Sales and foundry teams to meet customer performance needs. Qualifications Solid understanding of the business environment. Preferred bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering. Proficient with CAD software (NX, SolidWorks, Catia, AutoCAD); CAD/CAM experience is a plus. Strong reverse engineering skills and ability to translate final product design into in‑process manufacturing drawings. Expectations Self‑driven professional who excels at 3D modeling and design in a manufacturing and foundry setting. Team‑oriented with willingness to learn and contribute to customer success. Passion for development of cutting‑edge products.
