Assembler

2nd Shift Assembler Hiring experienced Assemblers for a modern manufacturing facility. This role involves mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, quality inspections, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies Work from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies Perform quality inspections and testing Troubleshoot assembly issues and support process improvements Assist and train less experienced assemblers Follow all safety and quality standards Requirements 25 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Assembly line experience required Ability to read blueprints and schematics Experience using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Preferred Lean manufacturing experience Experience mentoring or training others Work Environment Modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility MondayThursday, 5:00 PM3:30 AM Occasional overtime on Fridays Safety-focused production environment Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO and employee assistance program Career growth opportunities State-of-the-art manufacturing facility This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
