About the Role

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll generate sales and profit through professional in-home consultations using our 10-Step Sales Process, guiding homeowners through a structured decision-making process. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discipline, motivation, and coachability. Sales conversations are recorded for coaching, and you'll continuously develop your skills through training and performance feedback.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough exterior, roof, gutter, and ventilation inspections using company processes and digital documentation tools.
• Present customised solutions, material options, warranties, and financing using our digital presentation apps.
• Execute our 10-Step Sales Process to educate homeowners and close deals.
• Build local B2B relationships, generate customer referrals, and secure 5-star reviews.
• Manage customer interactions in our CRM system and record client conversations for continuous sales coaching.

What We're Looking For
No prior roofing experience? No problem! We hire for personality, drive, and coachability first. We strongly encourage applicants with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, fitness/gym management, or military/first responder service to apply.

Requirements
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation suitable for field travel
• Authorisation to work in the U.S.
• 6-year clean background check preferred

Schedule & Flexibility
This is a flexible, field-based outside sales role. Appointments are available 7 days a week based on customer demand. While weekday availability is expected, you maintain control over your schedule and weekend availability.

Training & Development
All Roofing Sales Representatives complete a structured 30-day onboarding plan, followed by our Training and Certification Program:

• Week 1 — Foundations: company vision, tools, and the 10-Step Sales Process; LMS modules; observe sales appointments
• Week 2 — Process Fluency: role-play sales conversations; roof inspections; objection handling and value presentation
• Week 3 — Field Practice: assist with inspections and homeowner conversations; present portions of the sales process; record practice conversations
• Week 4 — Readiness for Certification: lead full appointments with supervision; demonstrate the 10-Step Sales Process; prepare for training

Throughout onboarding, you'll receive daily coaching, role-play sessions, and ride-alongs from your owner or manager, plus reviews of recorded sales conversations for ongoing feedback.
