Summary:
The Investment Associate provides operational and administrative support to the Investment Management team while helping ensure the efficient execution of investment-related processes. This role assists with portfolio administration, investment reporting, data analysis, advisor support, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and financial advisors.
Essential Job Functions
• Support the Investment Management team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Assist with portfolio administration, account maintenance, and investment-related documentation.
• Prepare investment reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials.
• Monitor investment data and ensure accuracy across systems and reports.
• Conduct research and gather data to support investment analysis and decision-making
• Assist with model portfolio updates and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with custodians, advisors, and internal departments to resolve account and operational issues.
• Respond to advisor inquiries regarding investment products, portfolios, and operational processes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist with special projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives.
• Stay informed of industry trends, investment products, and regulatory developments.
Qualifications, Experience, Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, wealth management, or a related field preferred.
