Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Hillandale Farms is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a leading egg producer, Hillandale Farms takes pride in delivering high-quality products and outstanding service to our customers. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, daily customer order calls, document proofing, call ahead orders, proofing order sheets for sales orders; as well as other job related duties. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies. Enter sales orders accurately into the ERP system, ensuring all specifications and information on quotes, customer POs, and sales orders are correct. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and promote customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. Perform all other duties as assigned, approaching each task with a positive and proactive attitude. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
