Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• 2+ years of recent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Adaptable in fast-paced, critical care environments
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
• Closely monitor patient status, documenting assessments and interventions promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize care
• Administer medications, respiratory support, and other therapeutic interventions as prescribed
