Type: Full-Time | Executive
Compensation: Competitive Salary $175-275K includes Meaningful Equity + Performance Bonuses

We’re hiring our first Head of Product .

This is a rare opportunity to:

• Define an entirely new shopping experience

• Build a product from 0 to 1 to scale

• Turn buying returns into something addictive, trusted, community 

powered and super fast

You’ll be creating it from scratch —with real users, real constraints, and real momentum.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

The Core Product Experience:

• Research, Develop, Design and Evolve the end-to-end journey: discovery to bidding to winning to pickup

• Make it fun, fast, and frictionless

• Turn shopping into something people come back to daily

Treasure Hunt Magic

• Build features that create excitement, urgency, and surprise

• Balance randomness with trust (people need to feel they can win)

• Make every session feel like there’s something to discover

Trust & Reliability:

• Ensure customers feel confident in what they’re buying

• Improve transparency, quality signals, and consistency

• Build a platform people rely on—not just try once

Speed & Simplicity:

• Reduce friction across the entire experience

• Optimize for fast browsing, fast bidding, fast pickup

• Ruthlessly eliminate anything that slows users down

Data-Driven Product Engine:

• Instrument everything—funnels, cohorts, behaviors

• Use data to identify drop-offs, opportunities, and wins

• Run continuous experiments to improve conversion and retention

AI-Powered Product Innovation:

• Leverage AI to improve discovery, pricing, personalization, and operations

• Build systems where AI enhances both user experience and internal efficiency

• Think beyond features—design intelligent systems

0 to 1 to Scale:

• Ship quickly, learn quickly, iterate constantly

• Build the product foundation that can scale nationally

• Eventually build and lead a high-performance product + design team

Requirements:

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5–10+ years in product management, with ownership of core product areas

• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer products or marketplaces

• Strong analytical mindset—you think in funnels, retention, and behavior

• Experience turning insights into shipped product improvements

• Comfort operating in ambiguity with speed and ownership

• Bias toward action—you ship, learn, and improve

• Experience in marketplaces, auctions, gaming, or social products

• Built addictive, habit-forming consumer experiences

• Strong understanding of trust & safety in marketplaces

• Experience leveraging AI in product development
