About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President / Project Executive to spearhead its U.S. Military construction expansion in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, particularly in U.S. military construction. This role is pivotal in providing executive leadership for U.S. Federal construction pursuits and awarded projects, supporting business development, and leading project delivery from preconstruction to closeout. Key responsibilities include establishing project execution strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing project financial performance, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both horizontal and vertical construction, with a focus on airfield infrastructure and facilities, and experience with NAVFAC and USACE. Strong executive-level leadership, business development capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, although this is preferred rather than mandatory. The position requires a candidate with the ability and willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe, and a potential future relocation to the UK. Experience working on U.S. Federal projects in the UK or Europe is a significant advantage. The role demands a leader who can not only manage complex projects but also help establish and grow the company's long-term Federal construction presence in the region. The Vice President / Project Executive will be instrumental in representing the company with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders, and must be adept at resolving major project, contractual, procurement, and operational issues.
