Job Title: SAP Commerce Scrum Master Location: Raritan, NJ (No Remote/Hybrid) Contract Type: Sub-contractor not Allowed / only w2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) expertise to lead Agile delivery for B2B digital commerce initiatives in the Life Sciences domain. This role requires hands‑on facilitation of Scrum processes, close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and the ability to drive high‑quality, compliant solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will balance technical understanding, Agile leadership, and domain knowledge to ensure successful delivery within a complex enterprise environment. Required Skills SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) functional and delivery expertise Agile Scrum Master experience (CSM / PSM / PMP or equivalent) Strong experience in B2B commerce platforms Project and delivery management Stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) Integration knowledge across ERP, CRM, and backend systems Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience in Life Sciences / Medical Device domain Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, ISO) Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices Experience with API management and system interoperability Technology SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Jira Confluence Key Responsibilities Agile & Scrum Leadership Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices across teams. SAP Commerce Delivery Guide teams in leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities for B2B digital commerce solutions. Collaborate with architects and developers to resolve functional and technical challenges. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories and deliverables. Facilitate coordination across distributed teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Technical & Integration Oversight Support integration with ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems. Oversee API interactions, data flows, and overall system interoperability. Delivery Tracking & Governance Track sprint progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure delivery against timelines and goals. Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards for quality, performance, and delivery metrics. Domain & Compliance Alignment Ensure solutions meet Life Sciences / medical device industry requirements, including regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO). Align commerce functionality with domain‑specific business processes. Continuous Improvement & DevOps Enablement Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive process improvements. Promote Agile maturity, automation, CI/CD practices, and DevOps culture. Stakeholder Communication Provide clear, regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies. Foster transparency and manage expectations across business and technical teams. Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, PMP, or equivalent) Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture and delivery Experience in B2B commerce implementations Knowledge of integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, supply chain) Familiarity with medical device or Life Sciences regulatory environments (preferred) Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and drive initiatives proactively #J-18808-Ljbffr ReqRoute,Inc
