Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Northeastern Connecticut Region (Putnam, CT area)
Start: 2026–2027 School Year
Schedule: Full-Time (35–37.5 Hours/Week)
Caseload: K–12
Pay: $60-$75/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K–12 itinerant caseload across multiple school sites. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), providing staff and paraprofessional training, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with school teams to support student behavioral and academic success.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience with FBAs, staff training, and supervision preferred
- School-based experience preferred
Additional Information:
- Full-time itinerant position (35–37.5 hours/week)
- K–12 caseload across multiple school sites
- No remote or hybrid options available
