Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students and educational staff in the Killingly, Connecticut area. This position focuses on fostering positive behavioral change and building supportive interventions within a school-based setting, making a significant difference in the lives of children and young adults. As a BCBA, you’ll contribute by assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized plans to enhance students’ skills and well-being.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience in a school, district, or pediatric environment (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments and data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to supervise and coach classroom staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Organized, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized behavior-analytic programs for students
• Collect, evaluate, and interpret behavioral data to measure student progress
• Provide training, support, and supervision to school staff and paraprofessionals
• Collaborate with educators and support teams to adapt instruction and environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student outcomes to families and stakeholders
• Foster an inclusive and positive school culture by modeling best ABA practices
