We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career with a dealership that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls

Respond to service inquiries through phone, email, text, and web leads

Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming reservations

Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate service solutions

Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience on every interaction

Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM

Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to maximize appointment show rates

Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repair services

Maintain detailed records and notes regarding customer interactions

What You'll Bring

Customer service, call center, hospitality, or BDC experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer and data entry skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Experience with CDK, Xtime, Volie, or other dealership software is a plus

Professionalism and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
