Travel contracts are 14 weeks in length with housing and travel provided.Pay: $90.00/hourlyHousing and flights are provided!Travel Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity:Travel Ultrasound Technologist provides diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic proceduresResponsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using sonographyTravel Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and quality assessmentWill need to be competent in General, OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester with anatomy scans), Carotid, and upper and lower DVT exams.Travel Ultrasound Technologist Qualifications:Travel Ultrasound Technologist must have ARDMSBLS certifiedAt least 1-2 years of experienceThe Location:Rural, remote town northwest of AnchorageNo state income tax and permanent fund dividend after a full calendar year of Alaska ResidencyGreat fishing, hunting, and wildlife including the ability to go see polar bears and sled dogsDaily flights to Anchorage and other Alaskan citiesAmazing experience that is unique to rural Alaska!Excellent retail and dining that are all locally owned and operatedSafe schools and community for a family
