Treasury Management Advisor

Financial Federal Bank is a locally owned and operated, non-cash bank, specializing in high quality customer service and customized banking solutions. We are seeking a Treasury Management candidate who will be responsible for TM Product Development, Sales, Revenue, Deposit Growth, and New Business Development. Candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships with commitment to excellence.

Treasury Management Responsibilities:

· Work with executives and leaders on sales strategy, product development, competitive pricing, marketing needs, customer service, and competitive landscape

· Set sales strategies to drive new business development and client retention, while managing risk to the bank

· Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with associates, clients and vendors

· Work with vendors to install products and services that will produce revenue and growth

· Serve as sales officer responsible for developing and managing treasury management relationships with commercial clients

· Generate new treasury business while expanding revenue opportunities within existing client relationships

· Perform account analysis and structure competitive pricing proformas for treasury services

· Lead annual treasury relationship reviews, client presentations, and product demonstrations

· Answer client inquiries

· Daily reporting and research

· Adhere to operational procedures, internal controls, and risk management policies

Treasury Management Qualifications:

· High school diploma required with a minimum of 5 years TM Client Sales and Service experience in a financial institution

· Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

· Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate, cooperate and communicate effectively with others in a team environment

· Ability to multi-task and work independently

· Strong knowledge of Treasury Products, Banking Operations, Analysis/Billing, Bank Operating Systems and Software, and MS Office
