What You’ll Do Lead and support production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift Assign staffing, monitor equipment readiness, and maintain documentation Coach, train, and develop team members Enforce procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Work Environment Temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold Occasional exposure to vibration Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations How Military Experience Fits Your military experience may be considered in lieu of some civilian manufacturing or supervisory experience requirements outlined below. Team Leader / Squad Leader / Section Chief Maintenance or logistics supervisor Operations or shift leadership Safety, compliance, or readiness enforcement often excel in this role. Relevant backgrounds may include (not required): Army: 11B, 91B/91X/91Z, 92A, 88M Air Force: 2A, 2R, 3E career fields Navy: MM, EM, GSM, HT, LS Marine Corps: 21XX, 13XX, logistics or maintenance leadership roles Requirements (Must Haves) High school diploma or equivalent Leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, maintenance, or military service Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment Basic computer and communication skills At Tyson Foods, Veterans don’t just find jobs — they find a mission and a team. Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $101,000.00 USD Annual The posted compensation range reflects Tyson Foods Inc. national average range for this role. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
