Required Qualifications: 10+ years leading large-scale, billable services delivery in a SaaS or consulting environment. Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+, focusing on enterprise implementations. Advanced skills in Gantt schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance. Additional Information: Base pay range: $126,514 - $173,956 USD annually, plus potential equity and bonus. Ability to travel up to 20-30% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions. Position can be based in Austin, TX; Carpinteria, CA; Tampa, FL; or remotely within the US.
