We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This position is primarily hospital-based, focusing on inpatient care, with a blend of outpatient sports medicine and community-based servicesincluding occasional home health visits and local school sports coverage. Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients across the continuum of care
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
• Participate in local high school sports coverage as needed
• Complete documentation and modify care plans based on patient progress

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of North Dakota (or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and clinical skills
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or orthopedic/sports rehab preferred
• Comfortable with occasional community outreach and school-based coverage
• Passionate about improving mobility, function, and patient well-being
