What You'll Be Working On This position supports attorneys handling a diverse range of litigation matters, including: Commercial Litigation Insurance Litigation Personal Injury Litigation Construction Litigation Professional Negligence Cases Key Responsibilities As a Paralegal, you will play an integral role in case preparation and management by: Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing documents to support litigation strategy Drafting and proofreading legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence Maintaining accurate physical and electronic case files Monitoring filing requirements, court deadlines, and case milestones Conducting legal research and compiling relevant case information Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics Communicating with clients, witnesses, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties Interviewing clients and witnesses to gather information and supporting documentation Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling needs Collaborating with attorneys and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently Safeguarding confidential legal and client information What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of Paralegal experience , preferably within a litigation practice Experience working under attorney supervision in a law firm environment Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Paralegal Certificate and/or completion of a Paralegal Studies Program Experience supporting commercial, insurance, personal injury, construction, or professional negligence litigation matters Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Why Candidates Love This Opportunity Join a respected and established law firm with a strong reputation in the community Gain exposure to a variety of complex and high-impact litigation matters Work closely with experienced attorneys in a professional, collaborative setting Be a valued contributor, not just a support role Enjoy competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package Build a rewarding long-term career with opportunities for professional growth
