We’re excited to share a leadership opportunity for a Human Resources Director —a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state‑of‑the‑art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting‑edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more. The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership and establish a strategic partnership with all business lines as we open and grow this community. This role will offer guidance in several key areas: employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
